Please read the following instructions carefully before creating your account:

1. This registration form must be completed by the applicant personally.
2. Egyptian applicants must enter their own National ID number exactly as printed on their official National ID card.
3. The applicant's date of birth and gender may be automatically extracted from the entered National ID number. Therefore, the National ID number must be entered accurately.
4. Non-Egyptian applicants must enter their own valid passport number exactly as shown in their passport.
5. Do not enter the National ID number of a parent, sibling, spouse, guardian, or any other relative.
6. Do not enter any National ID or passport information belonging to another person.
7. Entering inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information may affect your eligibility and chances of admission to the university.
8. Applications containing identification information that does not belong to the applicant may be rejected.
9. Before submitting the registration form, carefully review your name, nationality, National ID or passport number, email address, and mobile number.
10. Use an active personal email address and mobile number because they may be used for account verification and admission-related communication.

Tips for Easier Use

• Prepare your National ID card or passport before starting registration.
• Enter all names exactly as written in your official identification document.
• Make sure the entered email address is correct and accessible.
• Do not refresh or close the page while the registration request is being submitted.
• Avoid using the browser's Back button during the registration process.
• Use an updated version of Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Firefox, or Safari.
• Ensure that you have a stable internet connection.
• Do not create multiple accounts for the same applicant.
• Keep your password confidential and do not share your login information with anyone.
• Carefully read validation messages displayed beside each field.
